One of our providers is upset that she is unable to continue using the old Kryptiq SM Lab Results letter builder with EZ Access. I’m hoping to figure out a way to make her happy. Has anyone found or created a solution to this?
I was testing out SM-TOC form downloaded from surescript website. When the document is signed TOC is generated and sent automatically. I want to implement it in a different form but cannot find function that is triggered to send Direct Message. Has anyone used this SM-TOC form? Thanks in advance.

Without using CQR, is there a way to identify what Referrals (Orders) were sent as TOC’s via Secure Message from Centricity through Kryptiq’s Secure Messenger that is added into Centricity. This Secure Messaging is what you normally get when you click on the Messaging link in the left-side menu tree in Centricity. We are on CPS12.0 SP11.
